September 2, 2023i recently dropped a package off in a fedex drop box on saturday and my package still hasn’t scanned. i’ve never really used the drop off box before, is this normal? it’s already tuesday and nothing :/ i normally drop things off and get receipts as proof of shipment but i was in a rush that day.
i just pulled up my shipping label and noticed it said NOT to use drop boxes. i genuinely never noticed it said that, i just printed the label and dropped it off. ( i usually ship with usps, fedex isn’t my norm). i know this is my fault if it doesn’t scan but i just want to know if this is normal or not 😩 More on reddit.com

I would go to on-site like a Walgreens/Dollar General or a FedEx Office or Ship Center as the outside boxes have been getting broken into lately. Also, if you use a outside drop box, make sure you use the right one. FedEx Ground and FedEx Express are not the same and your package will get delayed if you use the wrong one.
