Title says it all. Does anyone have the direct phone number for US Fedex Logistics and/or US customs? Fedex will not communicate with me regarding an international shipment, I'm just going to speak to US customs myself.
Fedex has 7800 pounds worth of merchandise that they are delivering and this is time critical, so I paid for FedEx Freight Priority. Their website tracking states they will be delivered by the end of the day. We have an email from our vendor telling us to contact fedex to setup a time for delivery.
I've tried for 1 hour to schedule a delivery, to talk to someone at fedex, and it's nothing but the worst automation loop I've ever seen in my life.
Does anyone have a phone number to talk to someone int he Fedex freight department about scheduling a f'n delivery that I paid $3100 for?
Do I believe the tracking info that it will be delivered "5/17/24 by end of day" or do I believe the shipper who is telling me I must contact Fedex to schedule, and they will not come without a date/time?
