r/pizzaoven on Reddit: Where to buy firebrick
February 28, 2023 -

I just started planning out a pizza oven and I am having trouble finding bricks to use for the oven. I have watched a few YouTube videos and everyone seems to have access to fire bricks and ones that look like your standard brick form. However, when I try to find where to buy these bricks online I'm only able to find boxes of half bricks for $40 per 2 bricks per box. I cannot imagine that buying a hundred boxes of these bricks at that price is the best way to go, but I can't find the ones used in videos listed on any video or website. I was wondering if anyone could point me to a website or place that sells these or some sort of equivalent that I could buy.
