"Six Sealing and Four Closing" meaning?
I bet nobody knows! Here's a video of a well-known instructor who has some kind of nonsense numerological explanation of it. Some others give an equally vague expanded name of "Seal off 6 avenues of attack and protect all 4 sides." The name itself is likely to not be important to the movement, otherwise the descendant branches of taijiquan would have made sure to keep the numbers in there, rather than translating it as "Sealing As If Closing (ru feng si bi)", which in Chinese sounds somewhat similar to "Six Sealing and Four Closing (liu feng si bi)." The change in names has been puzzling tai chi practitioners since at least 1936 . More on reddit.com

I believe this is what is referred to as a "faux-ami." It is interesting because in English it is a number, but in French it means oven.
In Italian oven is forno, which makes sense like inferno, in french fire is feu, so I could see feur making a little more sense. In german oven is ofen, and spanish it is horno, but fire is fuego.
