I am having trouble with the right "fit" from Buds Live. Anyone have any good videos showing how to properly put them on?
The official Samsung video got me all confused as the wrong way per the video is the only way they remain snug in my ears...

So I just got the new Galaxy Buds Pro, but they don't fit my ears at all. I've tried all sized tips that came in the box but no matter what size tips I use or how I put the buds in my ears, they fall out. To me it seems like they do not go into my ears far enough. Apparently my ears are very shallow so the buds cannot rest in my earlobes properly or with any support. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Are there any third party tips that I can use that go further into my ear canal? Any answers are appreciated.
Definitely try the tips from the Galaxy BuDS OR PLUS. I used my old Galaxy Buds one (large) and they worked a treat. Improve fit and ANC. Clearly the oval shapes are the issue. I couldn’t speak or chew food without them coming out.

Maybe try stretching your earlobe with one hand as you twist down the bud with your other. I do this and lock into place. They aren't very comfortable though, I get some ear fatigue after an hour. They stay in though.
I have pretty small ears, all in ear headphones don't fit in my ears, every ear tip size is too big. I've mostly used Apple's regular earphones over the years, or anything with a similar design. When the buds live came out, I was excited that they didn't go with an in ear design. My country has terrible return policies, so I wanted to ask about the buds live's fit here, especially for people with small ears.
Sadly, I had to return mine after my outer ears got sore very fast. That being said, I think it mainly depends on the size of your concha, my earcanal was never sore or anything. Hope this was helpful!
Alright, I was about to return the buds LIVE because they hurt my small ears so much. But then I saw someone say that they found that the bigger earpieces were more comfortable for small ears. After I switched to the bigger earpieces I found them to be much more comfortable, so I will keep using them for a few days before I decide whether to keep them. But it seems promising so far. Huge improvement...
I had a good experience with shipping of the buds but I cannot get them to stay in my ears. I didn't try them in store first (I probably should've) because I've been using airpods for years without any issue and thought it would be a similar fit. I did see someone on here suggest putting in tips to give it a better in ear fit, but has anyone even tried that and had luck with it? Am I wearing them wrong? I don't think I am but who knows.. I'm just placing them in my ears the way I do with airpods! They are falling out at the slightest head movement!
