so, I feel obliged to keep doing annual x-mas gift/s to a particular family. I never intended to start, but many years ago (like 8), they dropped off a small gift to our household, and I immediately reciprocated. The following year, I preemptively sent two bottles of wine over as they were two adults. They are currently expecting their second child. I am feeling like wine is becoming less appropriate, but I really do not want to keep growing my xmas budget as I never would have started in the first place, yet here I am.

That said. Any suggestions on a family oriented gift that I can run with annually? I know of no dietary issues. Budget? preferring to keep it in the $50, max $60 range.

My brother and his wife have 6 kids between them. I am not super close with his wife's kids and more of an acquaintance to his wife. They got married about 1.5 years ago after dating for a short time.

I want to get them a gift but I cannot afford to buy individual gifts for 8 people, 4 of whom I barely know.

What are some good family gifts that won't break the bank? The wife is very crafty and so are a few of the kids. They like to play games together.

Some ideas I had were:

• An escape room experience

• A few board games they don't have

• Some D&D things ( they recently started playing after I taught them)
