We started fulfilling orders to Canadian customers at the 1st of January 2024 and elected to use GlobalPost Economy via Shipstation since we got a much better rate than Amazon Buy Shipping. Not one package is delivered 3 months later and Global Post has denied all claims with the following message:

To add door-to-door tracking to USPS First-Class Mail Int'l shipments, you must add Delivery confirmation. You can file a claim for covered shipments within 90 days of the shipment date.

2 days ago - BOTH were lost and they won't refund me or pay me for the claims I filed even though it states "Eligible" on the stamps.com website! On May 13 2025 I had no idea I was switched from USPS to Globalpost. My customers began contacting me after 10 days of the packages not arriving. Normally USPS Flat Rate Global takes about 10 days. I tried to track it and it had no further scans beyond customs on May 17. On May 23rd, I called Global Post and they told me that packages don't get scanned after customs and that I should not worry that my package is already in Canada.
