My suggestion would be to procure yourself a seat of Microsoft 365 basic and ditch GoDaddy entirely. They are terrible. You should implement the SPF framework. And I'd also check out if your email/domain is on a black list of sorts. I assume that the business you are in is b2b and not b2c, as that changes things entirely. More on reddit.com

Do not, under any circumstances, get Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. I took a job where the previous IT management had signed up for Office 365 through GoDaddy and it caused nothing but headaches. The GoDaddy implementation is like partial Microsoft 365 and a lot of features/services will not be available to you. Just some examples: Couldn’t sync Azure AD with my local domain controllers Couldn’t purchase a license to use Teams for Rooms hardware Couldn’t use a 3rd-party M365 backup service (had to use GoDaddy’s solution) Couldn’t use a 3rd-party spam filtering service Couldn’t implement Teams Voice licenses/numbers Wasn’t able to purchase a full Power Automate license and assign it to a user etc. etc. I worked with multiple GoDaddy support engineers trying to get this stuff added or working, and they all told me that it was an issue with the way GoDaddy isn’t a “full” true Microsoft 365 provider. Eventually (about a year ago) I found another Microsoft 365 host with good pricing and just migrated everything off GoDaddy and now I have the full suite of services and capabilities. Maybe some of this has improved, but why take the risk when there are plenty of other very good full 365 hosts with no limits? More on reddit.com
