How to legalize images found on google
Absolutely everything online is copyrighted by the artist or photographer the instant they take it. There are no exceptions. Now the artist can choose to make it legally available to others, through Creative Commons or other ways, but you have to assume that you have no right to use anything you find online, ever. Unless it is specifically listed as free for commercial uses, which is what you're trying to do, you can't use it. You can try to contact the copyright holder and ask, but I can pretty much guarantee that the rights are available only for a fee. They're not going to give them away. Your best bet is to either take your own pictures, at which point you hold the copyright, or to hire someone to do it at your behest and have all of the copyright transferred to you. That really depends on what kind of images you're looking for. I know there are a few museums that put their galleries up as free image resources, and a few niche-purpose sites like OpenGameArt with PD resources like those in this search , but those might not meet your use needs. More on reddit.com
