Hey guys, i know it's a dumb question but i was wondering that can i Hackintosh my laptop without access to a Mac ?
I got an Alienware Alpha Console i5 Intel Core processor and I am gonna Hackintosh that bad boy, but don't have a Mac and neither anyone of my friends. Could someone help me I can't start running before I learn to walk.
Yes, you can make a virtual machine and then use it to make your installer. I haven’t tried it myself but here’s a guide: https://www.pcsteps.com/2157-mac-os-x-virtual-machine-vmware-player/

I've gone through a number of websites on building a Hackintosh, including the FAQ here, and I'm having a hard time finding a tutorial for building a functional Hackintosh without having a Mac or Apple Developer account. So far, I'm stumped. Can someone direct me to a good tutorial for building a Sonoma or Sequioa Hackintosh for those without access to a Mac? I have a Kaby-Lake desktop and, based on the research I've done, I am sure it would be able to run MacOS with no problems, but I need a step-by-step guide that doesn't skip steps (and a lot of the Youtube videos I've seen do). Help!
In have always wanted to use osx, and a hackintosh seemed the way to go as I can't afford to purchase an apple product.
I currently have a full build ready to go, however I don't know how to make a hackintosh without a mac. I tried using Yosemite Zone, however when rebooting after initial installation, and before i can even get to the setup screen, the boot hangs at the following:
DSMOS has arrived
[IOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- completed
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
EDIT: Specs are as follows:
-
I3 3240 (1155 Socket)
-
Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2
-
Generic ram
-
Toshiba 250gb HDD
-
thermaltake 750w powersupply
Your easiest method without any stress is using Olarila. It is a raw image file you can write to a USB on windows and it writes clover to it (you need to change the config.plist to one that would be suitable for you, the tonymacx86 guide should be helpful for this) and a vanilla copy of Yosemite 10.10 which you can upgrade to 10.10.4 through the app store when you are all set.
Hackintosh.Zone is not worth the hassle. A virtual machine was not worth the hassle for me yet Olarila worked first time and was as pain free as an installer made from a Mac. Good luck.
On Hackintosh.zone there's a separate how to page on installing Yosemite and dealing with issues (dsmos is one of them). Once you get it working you can get in the app store and download the regular OS X too.

Hi, I need some help. I've been trying for a few months now to make a hackintosh with a virtual machine on my Windows PC. I would download macOS Sierra from the App Store on the VM and then attempt to use Unibeast. That install drive froze on the Clover boot screen, so I tried to install Clover manually. That didn't work, either--the installer kept having an "unknown error". My question is, is there any way that I can get an uncorrupted Sierra boot drive with a Windows PC and a VM? I have no access to a Mac.
