So I went to a non-local Menards (midwest hardware store) yesterday looking for decorations, and couldn't really find anything that scratched my itch. Just as I was about to head for the garden section, I looked at the display shelf just above the entrance and saw this. I instantly knew I couldn't leave without it. Perfectly priced ($35 before tax and Menards' 11% off rebate), perfect graphics. The only issue was that I couldn't find it on the shelves. I asked a worker, and they gladly climbed up (20ish feet) to grab it off the big display shelf, grabbed me the box, and told me to tell the cashier that it was used as a display piece by the store so I could get a discount. I walked out of Menards with this for $16. It's such an amazing find, and I got so lucky. It's 5' tall, the fan is unbelievably quiet, it's perfect. And yeah yeah, my porch is due for a repaint 😆 More on reddit.com
