Best Hashimoto's diet and exercise regimen?
There's no universal formula.
Diet
I was a vegan, ate shit-ton of greens and fruit, no sugar whatsoever. Felt like absolute shit all the time, had diarrhea, lost a bunch of weight, couldn't build muscle.
Now I mostly eat eggs, fish and lots of rice, potatoes and pasta, Sandwiches with a fuckton of cheese, and the only veggies I eat are carrots, brocolli and spinach. If I eat too much fibre my stomach turns inside-out. I also take a multi-vitamin supplement and a fuckton of vitamin-D. Once a week I tan in a sunbed (It's dark as fuck in Sweden now.) Gluten-free does nothing for me. I eat lots of calories because I work out a lot and I want to boost my natural test
My point is you have to find out what works for you. Take away/add one thing at a time and wait a week or two, then keep adding/subtracting.
Exercise
I lift A LOT of weights. I want to boost my natural testosterone because I naturally have very low. And the best way to do that is a high-protein, high-calorie diet coupled with heavy weights.
I work out 4-5-6 times/week and take every 5th or 6th week of to let my CNS recoup. I also typically work out early and get as much sleep as I can. I find it helps with my energy levels to have my workouts done early and it also makes me tired in the evenings.
Again, find what works for you. But research supports the idea that cardio 20-30 minutes/day is enough to get the most benefits in terms of energy and brain function.
good luck
