I was doing something in settings, don’t even remember what, and I somehow locked myself out of my “Apple ID, iCloud, Media, & Purchases” tab. Does anyone know how I can undo this and access my tab again? Thanks

Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Allow account changes If you enable restrictions under screen time please don't forget about it.

By “locked out”, do you mean you cannot tap on it? Does it register an error? Are you able to login to iCloud.com with the same credentials? Have you quit out of the Settings app? Restarted the device?
