I filed via H&R Block, and I owed state and federal and decided to pay with credit card. The federal website was straightforward and paid it. The NC site: Ncdor.gov is asking me for forwards me to a payment site and is asking for a notice number. I never got a notice and I think this is only for late payments. I do not see anywhere else on their website or google to pay without using a notice number. Is there another way? I am on hold for 4 hours while at work. I called 1-877-252-3252. The only other option I can think of is going to their physical location and waiting in a line. I can try to do that but I am hoping there is another way.
Thanks all
