I understand that you are facing issues with Bluetooth drivers on your PC, and I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
We will certainly look into this for you.
One of the things that you can try is downloading the drivers from the HP website and installing them to see if they work fine.
In addition, you may also want to try updating the BIOS and see is that helps.
Note: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.
