Is i7/16gb worth $230 more?
How is a core i7 HP laptop €200 cheaper than a core i3 laptop?

Looking at two HP Envy laptops at Bestbuy.
Both 13th gen, one is a i7 (1355U), 16gb, 1tb and the other is an i5 (1335U), 8gb ram, 512 storage.
Is the i7 and the ram worth $230 more?
I'm not a gamer at all, I mostly use it for writing, browsing (for research on the writing) and watching YouTube, etc. Maybe the occasional picture edit but nothing fancy at all.
Im sure 512 is enough storage so it's really a question of the processor and ram.
I'm coming from a MacBook for the last 12 years, been a while since I bought a Windows machine.
Here's a link to the exact machines if interested

On the other hand, another 14" HP laptop with 16GB RAM, 512GB SDD, Core i5, is priced at €630.

How is it possible? Is it because 2nd laptop is a smaller and lighter one?
Thanks.
