Yes the HP Stream 14 is the same as HP Laptop 14S, the EP 0xxx refers to a model version. On the bottom cover is the exact Model #, It will be printed on the bottom. Once you find the Model # you can google "HP Laptop 14 XXXXXX Service Manual" XXXXXX being the model listed. In the Service Manual will be a Part # for a charger ( that will match to your battery). You can then use that Part # in a search for an after market charger. I would avoid buying from HP direct as they add a huge mark up.
