How do you pronounce "I've" in fast speech and normal speech?

I hear both /av/ and partially devoiced i and sometimes I hear the full /aiv/ when speaker emphasizing it.

This is a contraction of "I would have". It's normal in writing to contract "I would" to "I'd", and "would have" to "would've" but it's unusual to contract them all three together. It's not necessarily incorrect, just unusual. Normally you'd see

Good question... You would pronounce the "I" as you would say it in the English alphabet "the letter i" The "ve" would be pronounced as you would pronounce the letter "v". The "e" is silent.
