But I’m going to be playing a bit of devil’s advocate here. The person who buys it from you needs to know that there is no warranty on it, that they understand there’s no way to know how clean your home is or if you did something dirty on the mattress, or if you did something wrong to it.
I’m only adding this comment because a lot of people in this subreddit have an understanding that MattFirm has a bad rap with their clearance beds and I think a lot of that comes from posts similar to these where people offer beds and put MattFirms name in it and it be a bad transaction.
I’d say good luck man. Cause if you do end up selling it for $3500, you’ll get paid way more than we (sales reps) did. Lol

intelliBED mattresses are shipped in a full-sized box and not compressed. intelliBED recommends rotating the mattress once a month for the first six months of ownership, and then once every six months after that. Owners who wish to return their mattress must do so using the original delivery packaging.

intelliBED provides full-service delivery with in-home assembly for a flat fee of $269. Free, standard delivery is not available.
Full Shipping Details
The delivery policy for intelliBED is as follows:
- All intelliBED deliveries are coordinated through UPS and local delivery services that provide in-home assembly, packaging removal, and (upon request) old mattress removal for all customers. Delivery times will vary by shipping location; the average customer receives his or her mattress within 14 business days.
- intelliBED will email each customer one day before their mattress ships from the company’s manufacturing facility. Additionally, UPS will send a tracking number to the purchaser after the mattress has been shipped. They will contact the customer when the mattress arrives in their area to schedule a delivery date and time.
Customers who experience delivery issues should contact intelliBED’s customer service department by phone (the number is found in ‘Company Information’ below). The hotline is open Monday to Friday from 730am to 530pm MST.

Waited a few months to post this here but thought it might help someone. I was a Purple lurker for years- had watched all the ads, laid on it at the store and was completely sold on the idea that when it was time to buy a new mattress, the Purple is what it would be- no question.
In July of last year my back pain hit a boiling point for me, so I decided it was time. I looked up the nearest Mattress Firm that sold Purples. We have two Mattress Firms near our mall- no more than a mile from each other. We show up to what I think is the right one. We walk in and the salesman greets us. I ask where the Purples are, and he informs me that I’m in the wrong store. I thank him. As my wife and I turn to leave, he stops us and says- are you guys wanting to buy a Purple? If so, you owe it to yourself to lay on an Intellibed. “Oh no thank you” I scoff, seeing the higher-than-Purple price tag. He insists again “I promise you, you’re not going to be disappointed.” Hesitantly, I agree and lay down on the Nightfall model. And goddamn if it isn’t the most wonderful mattress I could ever imagine.
But my heart has been so set on Purple. To do right by my previous self, I asked him if we could go down to the other store just to lay on the Purples and compare before making a final decision. He said “sure, no problem” and off we went. Got to the next store and tried all three Purple they had- no comparison to the Intellibed. If anything it made the Purple feel extra gelatinous and not in a pleasant way.
We returned to the original MF and signed the papers for the Intellibed Nightfall. We got a great deal (nearly 4K off MSRP) plus free TempurPedic pillows. That was in July and ever since, my back pain has disappeared. Also it has a 20 year warranty so I’m basically determined to die happily in this thing. 😂
Cannot recommend highly enough. Don’t let the sticker price scare you- ask what the manager can do for you. This ended up being our best investment in years.
