November 10, 2025 - Although Spuntino has been around since 2011, I had never visited this restaurant in the Highlands until the pandemic. This Italian/Indian restaurant by Chef Cindhura Reddy has become one of my favorite places to recommend to people who ask me where to eat when they are visiting Denver.
