Hello u/Sitty_Shitty - We are sorry to learn that you are having this experience with your Jabra Elite 85t and suggest that you try the following to resolve the issue (in this order): Reload the firmware In the Jabra Sound + app, go to settings (wheel icon at the top of the start screen), select "Personalize your headset," and then select "Voice guidance language." Choose the one that is currently selected, then "Update now." Follow the on-screen instructions to Download and install the firmware. Do this regardless of whether the firmware is currently up-to-date. Reset Start by removing the Elite 85t from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, place both earbuds in the charging case. Press and hold both left and right buttons simultaneously until the LEDs flash purple. Close the lid of the charging case for at least 5 seconds to complete the reset. After this, the headset will go into pairing mode, ready to pair with your phone again. Before pairing, please also reset your mobile device by simply turning it completely OFF, then turn it ON again. Once the phone is back up, pair the two devices and test. Thank you.
