Jabra can quickly release a firmware update to include multipoint BT, but they will never do; they want you to buy their more expensive Elite 7 active. With elite 4, you can connect with only one device at a time. From phone, if you wish to connect to the computer, you need to pair again each time you switch devices, what a headache. Another disappointment is no in-ear detection (buds won't stop playing music when you remove either of them). Mic quality is very very bad.
Alexa won't work handsfree (unlike cheaper Echo Buds 2). To use Alexa you need to physically press the button on the buds. Pressing these buttons for any control cause pain in ear too.
Overall, this model is a disappointment.

Initially I'm pretty disappointed with the bass quality co.ing from Jabra Elite 4 active. There is no bass boost in Sound plus app just an equaliser setting called bass boost and so far it is not matching up to last 2 pairs of Elite 3. The bass seems to be breaking down. I was hoping for even better sound. Maybe steer away from the active version, for an extra 1/3 price not worth it at all. I will update this if anything changes my mind over the next day or 2. Break in period?

I've had my Elite 4s for a couple years now. They have always been decent, good audio, though the mic quality i agree is terrible. I never drop them, they are in great shape, but yesterday the right bud audio stopped working randomly. I've reset them, re-paired them, tried them on multiple devices, updated firmware, etc....nothing works. Likely the driver went out. After only 2 years really....what poor quality. Never buying Jabra ever again.
