Elite 3 Won't Connect to New Phone
Not possible to connect Jabra headphones to my laptop
Not connecting to Jabra elite 75t
Jabra elite 3 and 4 both not charging, pairing or even turning on.
Hello u/Positive-Company-310 We are sorry to hear about both your Jabra Elite 3 and Elite 4. Please try the steps below to address this challenge:
Cleaning:To clean the earbuds, use the following guidelines.
EarGels
Remove the EarGel from the earbud. Use a swab, slightly dampened with warm water, to wipe the outer surface and around the hole in the middle of the EarGel. Let it air dry completely before the next use.
Earbuds and charging case
The charging case has 4 charging pins inside of the case, and each earbud has 2 charging poles. Soil buildup on the charging pins and poles can affect charging and performance. Use a dry swab to gently clean the pins in the charging case and poles on the earbuds.
Charging Case reset:
-
Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
-
Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
(Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
3. Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
4. Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

I got a new phone because my old one died without warning. I was unable to make sufficient backups because of this. I got a Google Pixel 7 and am trying to connect my Jabra Elite 3's to my new phone. It shows me the earbuds in my bluetooth settings, and my Sound+ app recognizes that my earbuds are there, but it won't connect. It either just times out or says that I'm using the incorrect pin/passcode (there is nowhere it input a pin, though one does pop up when it sometimes asks if I want to sync my contacts).
I have tried turning my phone off and on again. I have tried turning bluetooth off and on again. I have tried closing all the apps and re-opening them. I have charged my earbuds. I have tried resetting the earbuds (i.e. waiting until they flash purple in the case).
Does anyone know what else I can try?
EDIT: What ended up working for me was uninstalling the jabra specific app (Sound+), holding the buttons on the headphones down to pair in the case, then connecting through my blutooth settings on my phone like any other device. But there are a lot of other options below in case that fix doesn't work for someone else. Thanks every one :)
hey,
I thought I had the same issue too. For the people going to this site right away (like me), I hope my message helps. You still have to enable connecting mode on your Jabra before matching. You can do this by pressing both left and right at the same time for around 3 seconds. This let my laptop detect my earbuds, and i hope it solves most of you guys' problems as well!
Hi Ingrid,

What is your headphones model?
Can you connect your headphones to another device and works fine?
Check if there is a compatibility issue between your device and your headphones, what Bluetooth version is on your PC
