Better way to install jdk-16 on debian 12

I don't know anything about Minecraft but does it really need Java 16? Support ended in September 2021 so it hasn't gotten security updates for 2 1/2 years. If you can use java 17 (an LTS version that will be supported for years) it's in the Debian repos - openjdk-17-jdk if you need the jdk, or more commonly openjdk-17-jre if you just need the jre More on reddit.com

Looks like they only have 64-bit ARM builds, so I don't know if it will work with older 32-bit Raspberry Pi OS/Raspbian versions. If it installs, it's probably fine

Which distro are you using? Which version of said distro are you using? In other words, you should ask better questions if you want people to be able to help you. Be efficient, add all relevant information to your post and no more than that.
