You can Download and install the 64 bit and 32 bit versions from here (it's the ones called "offline"): https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp . Also, check start > run > appwiz.cpl to see the list of installed programs, you should see two Java's there, but I think only one will show up in control panel to be configured, I'd have to check.
