You can Download and install the 64 bit and 32 bit versions from here (it's the ones called "offline"): https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp . Also, check start > run > appwiz.cpl to see the list of installed programs, you should see two Java's there, but I think only one will show up in control panel to be configured, I'd have to check. Interesting. When I click on that same link, it takes me to the 64-bit version. However, I modified ROTP a few versions back to warn you at startup if you are using a 32-bit Java. Did that not display for you? And with v0.93, a Java installation will no longer be required for Windows users. More on reddit.com
