I have this exact model. Aluminium body very well made, the keycaps have a pleasant smooth rubber-y feel to the touch. Blows Apple's magic keyboard out of the water without breaking a sweat. It's a nice choice for people who just want to take it out of the box and use it. Not so much for those who like to tinker with it. Didn't hurt me at all while typing, but YMMV so you might want to put some silicone o-rings on the keycap stems. There are three things that IMO, if fixed, could make it so much better than what it is: Proprietary stabilized keycaps As opposed to pretty much every single other keyboard in the world, the stabilized keycaps' stems (space bar, shift, enter) are not aligned to each other, so you only can use Keychron's own keycaps. Light control is in the delete key position. Top right corner is prime keyboard real estate, why waste it like that? Why mess with years of muscle memory? Why? No software at all. I'm not even talking about QMK/ZMK/VIA, just any software to remap keys. Answer from Glittering-Effort-77 on reddit.com

Overall great if you don’t need any customization features. Helps with my wrists pain. But that abs keycaps are really nasty, mine gets oily within 2 month and there are no replacement keycaps, as keychron designed it themselves. I hear nuphy is overall better ,but with 2X price tag.
