Hi there, I was curious how anyone decides on a mattress without being able to touch/test them? I’m not sure about other clubs, but in mine, all the mattresses are in boxes, you can’t feel them (maybe one is out of box).

Were you happy with your choice? What was the return process like if you weren’t?

Quality? Which do you recommend?

I’d like to buy a new one, but nervous I’ll wind up hating it. Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

I am new to the sub. Anyone have any experience with this mattress? Does the design/layering look similar to the nectar/Casper/other mattress in a box brands?

Side note: is hotel collection meant to be a good thing? Maybe I am just used to crappy hotels, but I don't think highly of hotel beds haha.

We were bought a mattress for the holidays. It arrives on Friday. It is a "Zinus Night Therapy 12" Classic Green Tea Memory Foam King Mattress" $379 from Sams Club. I am 5' 11" 275lbs and a all night long stomach sleeper. Should I return it for "Tuft & Needle x Sam’s Club 10” King Adaptive Foam Mattress" for $589 OR "Serta SleepToGo 12" Gel Memory Foam Luxury King Mattress" $649? Can I even return it if I am not the original purchaser? I do have a Sams Club Membership.

I bought a mattress and boxspring from Sam’s Club online and as a Plus member the webpage indicated that I would receive free delivery, setup in room of choice, haul-away, and a manufacturer’s 10-year limited warranty.

Wanting details about the haul-away part I called the 888-customer service number and was told that the shipper will not take away my mattress and boxspring, but that I would be given a return label and I would have to contact some other shipper and arrange the removal on my own.

Not believing this, I contacted another service rep who advised that is not how it works and they recommended that I cancel the order – instead of telling me how it works. Asking for details, I was told I could cancel the order after I get a shipping tracking number.

Unreal.

Does anyone know how this mattress haul-away service with Sam’s Club actually works or is this a complete scam and am I just screwed? Even if I wanted to cancel the order it cannot be done online until it ships (according to their service personnel).

I’m looking to possibly purchase this mattress. But I’m also wondering if it is a good one long term? I’ve had my mattress for about 2 years and it’s sunken in and I can feel all the coils and crap. This one doesn’t seem to have those coils that I can see. Has anyone bought this ? What was your thoughts on it? Any good?
