Hi folks. I'm looking for a Koyfin alternative. I really like it but in their dashboard / normalised performance chart, there isn't a line for the portfolio, so I can't see the general portfolio performance. Wondering if anyone knows of any other cost effective portfolio management website / tool out there, that isn't priced for institutions, like BBG or Eikon.
Thanks.
We've been using Bloomberg for a couple years, but we're a two-person team with a limited budget. What are some cheaper alternatives? We need features like real time pricing, equity screening, portfolio analytics (attribution, Sharpe ratio. etc), historical info (e.g. graph of P/E ratio over 10 years). Any comparable options out there?
Hi 👋
What paid tools/serivces do you use? I mean, paid membership on Morning Star/Seeking Alpha/etc.
And what functionality from there?
Hey all, since Koyfin 3.0 I find the app too complex to use, I'm sure it's great for power users but the Koyfin of 2019 is closer to what I want. Can anyone recommend something that is less robust?
Have you tried Wealthcharts? It grew a hell of a lot in a year and has a lot to offer. It’s not free, though (but has a lot of value for your buck). If you’re interested, wait for the next promotion, they always do some l. Usually after one of their wealth365 events
Hey! We recently launched FINLO, an investment research platform built to centralize and modernize the process of financial analysis and due diligence in the simplest way possible.
We worked hard to build something intuitive, simple to use and with the lowest prices possible.
Our plans are $8 and $14 per month, and we offer a 7-day free trial.

Hey everyone!
If you're looking for a free and easy investing research platform, I stumbled across this one. It's honestly pretty great even though it's still in Beta: https://www.bavest.co/
The company is from germany.
No English version ?
This post stinks of self advertisement. New account with no other posts, "stumbled across" a brand new site with an app that's in pre release and has no reviews. Beta everything with no users yet...
Just tell us your intentions behind building this and how it could be useful to the community, sans the hoodwink.
I've been looking for a "one stop" platform to use for researching, alerts, charts etc. - comparable to the good old Bloomberg Terminal where it's "everything in one place" - but I'm way out of that "league" in terms of cost.
Until now, I've been trying out TradingView, Unusual Whales, Bloomberg, my broker also shows some of the info but it's on a "meh" level
Right now, I've been trying out Benzinga Pro and it looks really nice but it's fairly costly if you want the full range of benefits. But! One main drawback I find, is that it seems that a LOT of the articles are just AI - many of the have the same kind of phrasing and it seems that some of it is more aimed at getting retail to become bag holders than actual, solid advice on investing. Especially the analyst price targets - but that's maybe due to having seen ridiculously low price targets for GME for 3 years that have NO place in reality haha
I don't want "get rich quick"-clickbaity stuff and I need it to cover both stocks, ETFs, options and futures.
Can I ask a ) if you have a suggestion as to what platform would be something for me to look at and b ) what you guys are using for researching trades ?
Curious to know what tools or services people consider the absolute best for investing. Whether it's for researching stocks, managing portfolios, or staying updated on market news—what’s your go-to?
I’m particularly interested in tools that help you identify and track businesses you fundamentally believe will grow over time, not just those driven by valuation or short-term price trends. Let me know your favorites!
Hey Reddit Fam!
Curious if anyone has come across an investment research platform or app that is specifically focused on long-term investing? Most platforms focus on the most recent changes rather than long-term views. I typically have to download financial data to calculate long term metrics that I like to track.
Some example metrics:
Key Financials
-
Revenue (last 3–5 years)
-
Net Income (last 3–5 years)
-
EPS (TTM & forward estimates)
-
Free Cash Flow
-
Debt-to-Equity Ratio
-
Return on Equity (ROE)
-
Gross Margin & Operating Margin
Growth Metrics
-
Revenue Growth (3–5 years)
-
Earnings Growth (3–5 years)
-
Free Cash Flow Growth (3–5 years)
Would appreciate any recommendations!
In this time of limited access to Bloomberg terminals while working from home, I've found Koyfin and Atom Finance to be really useful in getting company financial data.
They definitely don't have the full functionality of a BBG terminal, but it gets pretty good stuff and is free at the moment!
Why did you guys choose it? And, if possible, why did you almost go with something else?
Looks like an interest tool, especially for anyone who's into more active investing or just economic tracking. Would love to hear your guys' thoughts
Are there any good free (or low cost) resources for getting up-to-date company financials without having to manually scrape everything from reports? I don't just mean historical price data but factors such as price/earnings, ev/ebitda, dividend yield etc. I know Bloomberg has that stuff but it's like $20K+ for an annual subscription.
Hi there,
Just curious what people are using for investment or portfolio analysis. I'm currently using Kwanti, which is fine however it has increased in cost by a whopping 80% since I launched in 2019, without implementing any additional features or perks. At least none that I use or find valuable.
What are y'all using in this space?
I'm curious how others approach it when digging into a new company. Do you stick to one main platform, or jump between a few? How does your workflow usually look when you’re trying to understand fundamentals?
I created an account today on atom.finance but I can't find data for VWCE, AGGH, etc. There is data for US ETFs though. Looking at Koyfin I see from [here](https://www.koyfin.com/data-coverage/etfs/) that the situation is the same over there.
Is there any similar resource as these for a EU investor?
Hello, I currently have access to Ycharts, Koyfin, and Atom Finance for my market research. I was reading about Money.net. Does anyone have experience with that product? How does it compare to what I currently have access to and would you recommend switching over? Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a tool to access company financials. I know there are plenty of options out there, like Yahoo Finance and Seeking Alpha, but most free versions have limited data.
I’m considering getting a subscription, but I’m not sure which one to choose. Do you have any recommendations? Which tools are you using, and would you suggest them?
Also, if you know of any good free tools, I’d love to hear about them.
Thanks in advance!
