When I use the app, it says "Wrong app, head over to the ally moblie app to login," but I'm in the Ally mobile app.
Logging in online won't work - they use 2-factor autentication but I never get the code on my phone. No option to send to email
Customer service takes too long to answer - It took 30 minutes to get ahold of someone
When I was able to log in on the app (after several tries) - I chatted with the rep but it took about 30 minutes for him to respond
When I asked him to change the number for the 2-factor authentication, he did. But when I log in online, it's still saying that it is sending the code to the old number.
Why is it so hard to work with this bank?

I finally talked to a rep. The company is trying to merge banking and auto so a lot of people are getting affected.

Enter your uname
Enter your temporary password: Capitalized first letter of your last name + last four digits of your ssn + !!!

is anyone else having issues with logging into their account today? I’m trying to log in on the app and on my laptop and it says my username and password is not valid….
EDIT: OKAY i’m relieved/not relieved that i’m not the only one!!! i’ve only had Ally for under a year so didn’t know this was common lol 🥲
