Hi! So I just started at macys a week ago & I wanted to check my schedule for this week & as I was logging into my in-site it did not let me view my schedule unless I submitted my reliability on working last week. In which I put agree to all. Now it says my reliability is on the red zone & I decided to not sign to agree that I know I will be on the red zone. I guess since I’m new & my manager has to give me a schedule the system did not have me scheduled on there so it does not recognize it. Now since I did not sign agreeing to it I can’t have access to my schedule unless I sign but don’t want to because it will ruin my reliability. Is this something that my manager can fix or will my reliability be stuck on the red zone ?Im really worried :( any advice will help! Thanks!

I was told on my Macy’s insite but the only site that pops up is this https://hr.macys.net/msp/MySchedule/MySchedule.aspx
There’s no 3 dots in the corner and no my schedule plus anywhere.
I need to call out today but my insite is down! Should I do a no show?
Hi, so I am relatively still new. With that being said, I just have a few questions about Macys Insite that I find kind of confusing.
First, how do you check how much you get paid hourly on the website?
Secondly, how does picking up a shift work? I see under “My Schedule” you can pick up shifts. Then from there, I see “Pick Up Shift” at the bottom. However, what confuses me is the way it’s worded. When I click on it says: “open shift criteria” and Receiving Process is clicked for me cuz that’s where I work. Then I see “additional areas available.” Should I un-click the open shift criteria? I only see like one shift per day open. Is that right?
I really wish there were directions!!
Next week, I am scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday 9-12. But the rest of the days I have Monday and Wednesday 9-5 with being off on Friday. Which is weird to me cuz last week I worked 8-5 Tuesday through Friday(does anyone know why that is)? Anyways, I am in Receiving. So can I tell my manager who we work side-by-side with, that I would like to work more hours on Tuesday and Thursday? Or would that be considered rude or otherwise inappropriate?
Also adding on to the last question
Can I ask him(my team manager who does the schedule) if I can work at least 30 hours a week?
So My Insite is down and i wanted to advertise my shift but I cant due to system maintance how do i go about getting tomorrow off?
everytime i try and go to the my availability section i get an error message that says "Oops! An unexpected error occured. Kindly check your network connectivity or reload the page. (wfmAvailabilitySelection/getBasePageData...failed)"
this happens when i try to view future dates. if i load the page and quickly go back in time i see the dates greyed out but when i try to go forward in time i get this error message.
Hey, I just started working at the Macy's near me. The second week on the job I got sick and tried to get in contact with my manager(my coworker ended up giving me a phone number), it was the wrong one. I then called the store number and did a recorded call out using the automated machine. I was thinking everything was good until I came back in to work and they pulled me into the office, thinking i did a no call, no show. The manager said he didn't get any messages from when I called out using the store number(I don't know why because when I called out it asked me for my employee ID and my last four of my social). I explained to him how I texted the number and he said they're going to give me the benefir out doubt and move forward. It felt like they were putting the blame on me when nobody explained to me how to call out( he told me in the meeting to use Insite online too).
Fast forward to yesterday, I log in to see my schedule and the reliability rating thing pops up. I ask the manager he said he will go over my reliability with me but ti click accept on both days. Now my reliability is in red and he told me in the meeting that if I call out another day, they will have to terminate me(because i woukd be calling out 3 times in a span of 90 days). I just had a question about reliability and sick days, when I clicked accept, a thing said that protected time off(sick days) doesn't affect your reliability score so im kinda confused. Do you have to plan sick days ahead in Insite and I'm still kinda confused about reliability.
