I think I'm in a similar position as most people here; the swiss army one man marketing knife.
Does your marketing budget dictate your calendar, or do you create your calendar and then request budget around it?
I've been asked to do it both ways and would be curious to receive peers' responses.

I have around $3k marketing budget per month. I need to spread my resources into different areas such as Meta Ads, TikTok ads, Youtube/google ads, in-channel ppc, KOL/influencer engagement fee and product seeding costs and some other marketing collaterals like giveaways/gifts with purchase and such. My boss wants to scale the $200k business into a $2m business. Do you guys think this budget is too small? How much do you reckon we should spend on marketing to achieve that result?
My boss is very hard on results. So when I request for additional budget, I will need to tell him exactly what is the sales forecast we can get from this budget. So... any advice guys?
