Middle and older age range. Middle class customers, though prices are not expensive (but not cheap). Quality is decent. Not fashionable, but definitely not as unfashionable as it once was. It has a poorer reputation for style than it deserves, as much of the clothing is "safe" or "boring" than actively bad. Younger women (20s/30s) might buy underwear there even if they don't like the outer clothes. I won't buy tights from anywhere else.
