Extremely unlikely you will ever see brands such as Patagonia or Arcteryx in a Winners or Marshalls ANYWHERE in the city and if they do have it, it's not going to last. There's people who make reselling clothes from thrift shops and places like Winners/Marshalls a full-time job. This is the story for any major city such as Toronto. You will see a lot of name brands like Nike, Reebok, Under Armour, PUMA, Skechers, New Balance but rarely anything on the higher end. The winners that used to be in that building was old, the lease was up so they had to move. The sears was being renovated, so they moved there. The marshals didn’t get approved to move in there until 1/2 a year after their lease was up in that building. They renovated the whole old winners, new energy efficient lighting from the old fluorescent lighting, new rooftop units, The drop ceiling removed.
