I am pulling my hair out with this issue. I have a user that has full access to a shared inbox. Last week, she was able to make Teams meetings on behalf of this shared inbox. Now, she is not. When she makes a new event in the Teams app and selects the shared inbox, the option to create a Teams meeting disappears (see below)
