Azure provides Text-to-Speech (TTS) capabilities through its Azure Cognitive Services. If you're looking to find and use Azure's Text-to-Speech service, you can follow these steps:

Accessing the Azure Text-to-Speech Service:

1. Sign in to the Azure Portal.
2. Create a new resource:
   • Click on "Create a resource" in the left-hand menu.
   • Search for "Speech" in the marketplace.
   • Select "Speech" from the results. This is part of Azure Cognitive Services.
   • Click "Create" and fill in the required details such as Subscription, Resource Group, Region, and Pricing tier.
