Is midjourney the best ai art generator?
Stable Diffusion gives you amazing control and has features that don't exist in Midjourney. I don't think the results are as appealing, but they can get really good. Also, uncensored. DallE prompt accuracy is so much better than either MJ or SD. If you want to build a specific scene with multiple specific elements interacting it's easily the best way to do it. Midjourney has always been the most aesthetic in my opinion, the images the most evocative. It's also gotten much better at giving options to play with the image with zooms and infills. MJ is easily the best out of the box. Stable Diffusion could be better in some circumstances because it is highly customizable, but MJ beats "stock" SD easily. Dall-e 2 's image quality has never improved and isn't even part of the conversation anymore. More on reddit.com

Stable Diffusion gives you amazing control and has features that don't exist in Midjourney. I don't think the results are as appealing, but they can get really good. Also, uncensored. DallE prompt accuracy is so much better than either MJ or SD. If you want to build a specific scene with multiple specific elements interacting it's easily the best way to do it. Midjourney has always been the most aesthetic in my opinion, the images the most evocative. It's also gotten much better at giving options to play with the image with zooms and infills.

I think it honestly depends on what you're using it for. I think every AI image generator is better at a specific task than another one, each has its pros and cons. But overall Midjourney is very solid. I've been paying $30 a month for a year now and I'm happy with it.
