Reinstall battery box under kitchen sink cabinet and connect power plug to faucet valve. 7. My valve now works both manually and automatically following this repair. 8. Issue was with the battery box tab solder connection. Cold solder connection most likely. Did not show up until I had changed out the batteries a few times. This caused the loose connection at the solder point. 9. Today is Easter Sunday, March 12, 2020. Moen's help line is closed today, but I plan to share my fix with them first thing Monday morning.
