Anyone used Namecheap's private email hosting?
Hello there! First of all Namecheap cPanel Email and Namecheap Private Email Service are two separate things. Never use cPanel Email regardless of who your hosting provider is. This is because typically shared hosting IP addresses get blacklisted due to few spammers who share the same IP address. However, Namecheap's Private Email Service is of extreme value for money. It is very reliable and the web interface is good enough. I have been using it since 2018 and not a since email went to SPAM. Would definitely recommend for personal & small to medium-sized businesses emails. If you still aren't convinced try out ZOHO email or Rackspace email both are cheaper than Gsuite. I hope you find the email service provider suitable for your use case. More on reddit.com

1 day ago - We just paid for two years of Steller Business hosting. Namecheap gave us a polluted IP address. Client emails are bouncing causing significant reputational damage. Namecheap refuses to put us on a clean IP. Terribly dishonest.

A Review Of The Top Three Email Hosting Service Providers. - the indefiniteloop blog - Resource
The basic plan offers 3GB of email storage space, with 1GB of file storage, OX drive - which can be used to sync files, and data across devices and single mail box (email id/user); additional mail boxes (with the same custom domain) cost about $3 USD/year/user. Awesomely great for someone who’s looking for a simple, no frill solution to email hosting. Namecheap keeps on amazing me, and it’s definitely one of the best Registrars, and Email hosting providers I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with.

How I chose an email hosting service to replace Gmail – LarrySanger.org
June 1, 2021 - The natural solution is to own my own domain name and seek out email hosting. This is not as difficult as it might sound, but it isn’t as easy as registering a new Google account. But then, that is exactly what Google is counting on: your laziness. My new address will live at the newly-registered sanger.io domain. I and my family members can have unique and easy to remember email addresses for all the rest of our lives. After purchasing sanger.io (from NameCheap), I listed a number of features I knew I wanted: reasonable price, unlimited (or more than I could reasonably need) email storage space, IMAP support, a webmail app built in to the hosting provider (or else software that they make it easy for me to install on my new domain), and finally, enough email addresses for my purposes.

Namecheap Review (2025): Expert Analysis and User Insights
November 11, 2025 - Here’s where Namecheap genuinely impressed me: within three seconds, I was looking at my account dashboard. No “check your email for a verification link” holding pattern. No additional security questions. No phone verification. Just immediate access. The welcome email arrived in my inbox within a minute, but the crucial point is I didn’t need to wait for it. I could start exploring the platform instantly. Now came the real test: purchasing hosting.

r/Emailmarketing on Reddit: Anyone used Namecheap's private email hosting?
March 22, 2020 -
Hi,
I have a domain on Namecheap and would like to have a domain email address like [email protected] to send mail from, using Amazon SES.
Anyone used namecheap email and would give me any advice or thoughts about how well it works? I read that mail always ends up in Spam. If true, are there any alternatives other than G suite? G suite is too pricey for me.
Thanks for any help :)

Namecheap Review - The Pros and Cons
October 30, 2025 - First and foremost, Namecheap is a domain registrar—founded in 2000 and still best-in-class for buying and managing domains. The hosting, email, security, and formation add-ons came later to encourage bundling. While the first-year “free domain with hosting” deals are enticing, we don’t recommend keeping your domain with your host long-term.
