I am actively evaluating emails with low cost for link building outreach. Outlook and workspace is kinda expensive. Need something budget friendly. Email is my bread and butter because I have to outreach atleast 100 people everyday to close backlink deals. And I noticed my emails via gmail address are not getting responses for some reasons. I am confused between Zohomail and Neomail. But I do not have an existing domain hence Zohomail not suitable. What should I do? Should I go for Neo Mail? Neo Mail seems to be new hence cannot trust it completely.

I'm starting out my first business venture in ecommerce and trying to choose a business email provider. I already have a domain. Does anyone have any experience with Neo, Canary, Titan, or Zoho?
We use Outlook at my work and also have a personal Outlook account. I'm debating if I should stick with Outlook for my business or try out a different provider in the spectrum on the budget-friendly side.
Thank you in advance for your insight.
Is there a way to create a business email without owning a domain? I searched on the internet and Neo is an option that pops up. Has anyone used it?
I recently started using Neo and it’s been such a smooth process. They give a free domain (.[co.site), a basic website, and a clean business email (like [email protected]), all bundled in one platform. The entire setup took around 15 minutes.
Everything feels simple and professional, especially for people who just need a "Hey, we exist!" page online.
Neo’s been my go-to lately now. Thought I’d share in case anyone’s looking for a simpler, all-in-one solution for basic business presence online.
I don’t own a domain, and honestly, I don’t feel like I need one either as I am not planning to get a site. But as a solopreneur, I do think it’s important to have a business email because it just looks professional when talking to vendors or partners.
I’ve been using Neo (neo.space) because they offer a free domain with a professional email, but technically it’s still a subdomain with a company.co.site kind of extension.
Is this the best option for setting up a business email without buying a domain? Or are there other alternatives out there?
I am not at all technical person and I am struglling to find an option which will allow me to create a branded email. Please not I do not have a website. I tried multiple options but I am not able to setup something called as DNS.
I know that Zoho Mail is free, but I’ve heard a lot of negative reviews about its reliability and deliverability.
I wanted to know if there are any real free email platforms (apart from Zoho Mail) that are actually usable for a small business.
Hi,
looking for advice on a free business email. I am trying to start as lean as possible and would rather not pay
thanks
Which email services provider do you use for your small business?
Hi all, does anyone know how they can get a business email for free. I can't seem to find anything on how to get one.
Or if its not possible to get one for free. Does anyone know to get one cheaply. Thanks
I want to create a business email with my domain name instead "@gmail.com" for my business. My domain name is currently hosted by namecheap.com. Should I host my business email with namecheap? I am reading very mixed reviews. If not namecheap would google hosting be ideal? as I mentioned I need my business email with my domain name only. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Looking for email providers for business use.
There's a saturated market whenever I do research.
We need something that supports multiple users and multiple domains, affordable and guaranteed delivery.
We've explored a few options (like Proton or FastMail etc) but found that they're all so expensive or don't quite provide what we require.
In short, we are a marketing and web design company and need to set up emails for our clients, and our current system does not guarantee the delivery of emails, which means we always fall back on using Gmail (@gmail.com looks unprofessional as a business).
Any support is much appreciated.
I'm helping a friend with a small business, every time I look up "How to create a business email" the results show up with services I need to pay for.
Is there a way I can do it for free or use a regular Gmail account?
Any help is appreciated.
(Yes I already have a website being set up)
