We have four operating locations and 40 rentable kitchen units in New York City: we have over 20,000 square feet of commercial kitchen and event space infrastructure in Manhattan across our Lower East Side, Midtown, and SoHo facilities, and 10,000 square feet of commercial kitchen infrastructure and event space in Brooklyn at our Downtown Brooklyn location.

The new kitchens are located in Manhattan’s SoHo and Midtown neighborhoods and join existing Nimbus locations in the Lower East Side and Downtown Brooklyn.

While COVID slowed construction plans for the first Nimbus location, Nimbus opened its doors in the Lower East Side in January 2021, and has since opened three additional kitchen locations around New York City (Downtown Brooklyn, SoHo, and Midtown) and a location in Chicago River North.
