i would really appreciate any help with this. I placed an order through Old Navy‘s app for the Black Friday sale. I ordered more than $1000 worth of items (before discount) when the package arrived it had been opened and resealed with different tape and NONE of my items I ordered were in my package. This was all clothes for my baby and I received clothes for men and random sizes for women. All 33 items are different then what I ordered
The package also came from gap returns?
Both numbers that Old Navy provides for return service do not connect me to a human being, I keep getting a busy tone. Is this something I can go in store for help? Is there a number that anyone has used to connect to a person so I can describe this issue?
my baby is growing out of her clothes and that’s why I placed this order for the winter, she’s in need of these items now 😭
I didn’t receive a single item that I ordered so I’m not sure how will return would work and how am I going to receive my items?

Is there any way to bypass the two factor authentication? I never set that up, only the security questions…which used to be enough to reset the password..My store only schedules me 1-2x every 2 months, I usually pick up shifts through Shyft. But I can’t for the life of me remember my password which expired, the one I thought it was is saying it’s wrong. So is there any way to reset it at home, or do I have to go to the store to reset it…in the meantime I get the notification of possible shifts to work but can’t take them..
