I have been using this bag for a few years now and I really love it. It folds into itself so you can pack it away very small - it has a very surprising capacity, I can carry pretty much everything I'd need for the day in it (wallet, phone, keys, water bottle, jacket & hat, glasses, reading book, portable charger, snack - I have filled it with this amount of stuff many times), or for example you can fit two wine bottles into the large pocket ;) - I find it very comfortable - it has a load of uselful and well thought out features such as the phone pocket on the front of the shoulder strap the ket clip in the valuables pocket and the small strap on the shoulder strap for carrying/hanging the bag. So far the bag has kept it's quality very well and is undamaged from loads of use, additionally it is covered by Patagonias guarantee meaning they will try to help fix any repairs that need doing to the product during its life.

I just got it and while it looks very nice and I really want to like it. It's hard to use it for much. One big pocket and one small pocket that fits my iPhone 12, barely. The zippered pocket on the strap, well, I'm not even sure what to put in that one. There's a key tether in the small pocket for keys but if I use it, then I can't put my phone in it. Honestly I'm kinda debating returning it.

If you’re thinking of returning it, just go ahead and do it. Other people’s experience don’t really matter if you’re not happy with it. That being said - I think It’s close to great, but the issues make it far less than it could be. For example, the padded portion of the strap needs to be a few inches longer to be truly comfortable, and it needs some organization in the main pocket so small items don’t get lost. It has the length to have a water bottle pocket too. I used mine for years because it isn’t bad, and it’s one of the few low profile slings that can carry both an iPad Pro 11” and a small camera, but I haven’t used it in over a year because of those limitations. I’m hoping for an update that fixes these issues, because it’s close to being a great bag.

One of the best slings. Has limited organization. The zipper in the strap is best used for airpod, mini iphone, snacks, etc. The iPhone Pro Max should def fit in the smaller zipper You can fit some iPads in the main compartment. It holds a lot and is very comfortable to wear as a sling.
