The mobile device that my friend uses, doesn't seems to have play store mentions on settings>apps...all the other apps are there but play store option is missing...I'm able to open play store from the home screen, but i cannot go to that play store apps settings such as it shows clear cache, clear data as for all other apps

please let me know how could i fix it

All it is is just 3 buttons: WiFi, Bluetooth, and Location and all are just links to the actual settings. It's even better as a prank than an actual settings app, because it doesn't include that time effort and dedication needed to create an app.
