That part is dead and gone. Twice a year there are other ways to save money. E.g. buy a prepaid $100 visa and get a $20 gift card. Buy a prepaid $100 PSN card and get $15 gift card. So you just got $100 cash on PSN for the cost of $65. With the subscription being on sale for $63.99 (20%) That’s the best you’ll do, it happens during Black Friday and Summer Sales.
