Recently I purchased razer Blackwidow V4 75%. I ordered the US Layout (ANSI) and the picture on the box matches it, the sticker on the side says US layout, however the keyboard was ISO layout with small left shift, additional key next to it, big enter and additional character next to it and back space right above enter. I have used ANSI layout whole my life and typing in my local language is practically impossible as one of the letters I need is at such a place that my finger straight hits enter. I have contacted my seller and they were just as surprised as I was when the box and sticker do not match the keyboard inside. They are not sure if all of their keyboards are like that and are willing to accept a return, however I just want the correct layout and not to return my keyboard as I am not sure if I can but the correct one and not all local sellers would accept return so easily. I love this keyboard but the ISO layout is straight deal breaker and Razer could at least print in the box and specify somewhere that it is indeed ISO layout and not leave me surprised when spending upwards of 200 euro for a keyboard. Any suggestions what should I do? I have raised a ticket with them but my seller wants the return done asap.
