I want to buy the Deathaddder v2, because it's on sale and makes it a good bit cheaper than the logitech g502 hero, but I have, heard from reviews, videos, comments and other places, that razer software is "cancer". I want to know, from first hand experience of razer software is really that bad.

Meh. It does have some weird quirks that you have to baby a bit. For example, I had to disable Synapse on startup because although it loaded on boot, it didn't think it was loaded so my profiles wouldn't work. And too many users have something like that to manage - for this I just have to do one extra click on startup. So silly things like that shouldn't exist in software, hence the complaints but it's not like it's unusable and I don't think it should dissuade you from buying if you're really interested in the hardware - but to each his or her own.

From my experience I think it’s better than Logitechs G HUB and Corsairs Icue. The bar isn’t very high though.

Not too long ago, i was using my PC as usual. Until I noticed something that appeared in my taskbar, so I checked and it was Razer Central alongside Razer Cortex. Idk if I'm asking the correct subreddit here, but I do NOT own any Razer product whatsoever, so I have no idea how it got onto my pc, i didn't install it. Any idea on how this happened? Maybe a windows update bought it here or smth, idk. Help.
