My wife had these subscription show up on her Apple ID. It happened 2 month ago, and we thought it was because our card, and we got it changed. And now I am seeing these again.
I am at the point where I think we should just delete the Apple ID and make a new one. I just don’t know if that will delete any photos I have on the cloud. Any suggestions?

I would start by changing the password on the account and using the option to sign out all other devices. Then go to reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund before you toss the whole account. Make sure the password used is not used elsewhere and that 2FA is turned on. Also double check that the account is not part of a family sharing account and that there are not other people on the account.
