My wife is starting up a food stall business and needs to purchase some basic supplies from a restaurant supply store. We are already Costco members and I know the Costco Business center probably has good products for good prices. I’m aware of the Restaurant Depot and a few others around town, but I thought this group might be able to help with info too.
A non-traditional post for sure, but perhaps you foodies know people in the business and where they buy relatively small quantities for reasonable prices?

Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse is another option, it’s also open to the public. Also, the Restaurant Depot in Denver doesn’t require a membership anymore (temporary for the pandemic?) so it’s easy to pop in.

If you have a Costco membership, they have a Business Center Warehouse, complete with tons of supplies you're probably looking for. Once you enter you'll realize how different it is from a regular Costco. It's definitely more like Restaurant Depot. The location is 400 S. Zuni St.
