Restoration Hardware Sleeper Sofa in Queen size bed.

We love this sleeper so much and are only selling to clear out a vacation house (see other listings on my profile, and discounts for multiple purchases)! Very high quality as you’d expect from Restoration Hardware. Easily sleeps two adults without any creaking or wobbling. Upholstered in Belgian Linen, sand color. Our back cushion covers have relaxed with use and need a good ironing or dry clean if you’d rather. I wasn’t originally planning to, but can include the current mattress as well. It is a memory foam “queen sofa bed mattress” from Amazon.

Gorgeous sleeper sofa with about 3 years of use- still in great condition and will be stunning in your living room. Queen Sized Bed is comfy and great for guests! Has discoloration on the bottom left side (as pictured)- we are sad to let it go, however we will be doing a cross country move this winter and cannot take it with us.
