Any inside on how to make this style on Ae of ps

How do you recreate an authentic pixel dithering within After Effects? (i.e. Bayer, Floyd, etc.) Is there a third party plugin that achieves this or is there a way to do this within AE?

hey, i was wondering, is there a way to get big dithering overlay without downscaling too much? problem is that when i do dithering even at 8x downscale, dither dots are too small and when exported with media encoder it produces too much pixel artifacts and dither squares get smudged. my process is image sequence from blender, passed thru pixeldither effect. my end goal is to upload to instagram reels / tiktok without quality loss. please i am desperate somebody help me. (problem also might be in my export settings?) i have H.235whatever set to target bitrate of 15mbs
